Mission 3 - Waiting on a Worm

Whilest I was walking back to the supply center one fine morning, I noticed along the way a small worm squirming for help. Wearing some rather uncomfortable clothing (I take supply center days off from saving the world) It took quite a bit to reach down and pick him up.

At first analysis, I thought he was half dried on the pavement, and dying slowly. There would have been no hope for him then. But I then saw I had approached him at just the right time, for his bottom half was only barely drying out and I was able to pick him up.

Doing so, I gingerly chucked him back into the grass. The sad part to say of all of this was that the poor worm then got skewered on some grass which I'm sure must have hurt. But I assuredly left him there were I was sure he would receive some good dirt for his pains very soon.

This may not seem like such a large act of service to you, but let me tell you. In my line of business, it's the smallest things that make the biggest kind of difference.
